| DHLPP Rabies Bordatella Flea Control We require Bordatella (kennel cough) to be done every 6 months) and MUST be done a minimum of 14 days PRIOR to your pet entering the facility. Please have them faxed to: 605-415-4124 |
- Proof of Vaccinations (You can either drop them off or fax them to
605-415-4124) - Food labeled with name and instructions (We ask that
you bring there own food as we would like them to stay on their same diet that
they're on at home. Please bring extra in case of inclement weather, emergency
etc...) - Client Forms filled out (click here to print the forms)
- Medications if applicable (administered for free)
- Label all items
