Checklist for Boarding:
Check-in: Mon-Fri: 9am - 4pm Sat: 8am-11:30am Sun: Closed
Check-out: 11am - (Our guests are more than welcome to stay until the end
of the day, however, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 as we do not charge anything
extra for playtime. By 11am, we are on our 2nd and 3rd rounds of letting our guests outside to
play!! If your pet is Groomed on their departure date, you will not be charged the $10.00
additional fee and you may pick them up at anytime during the day prior to closing)

- *Bordatella (We require Bordatella to be given every 6 months, If your dog
hasn't had the Bordatella vaccination in the last 6 months, it is in their best interest to
have the vaccination 14 days prior to entering our facility, of course we understand
emergencies and last minute plans come up, but please be aware they will be at a higher
risk)

- Proof of Vaccinations (You can either drop them off or fax them to 605-
415-4124) - Food labeled with name and instructions (We ask that you bring
there own food as we would like them to stay on their same diet that they're on at home.
Please bring extra in case of inclement weather, emergency etc...) - Client Forms filled out (click here to print the forms)
- Medications if applicable (administered for free)
- Label all items

| IMPORTANT: All dogs must be in good health. Owners will need to certify that their dogs are in good health and are free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs who have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or re-admitted. |
